Self-serve Stripe checkout on this website is being rolled out. Until then, you may use the free Web app at /app.html and contact support@hchemai.com.cn for billing questions or early membership access.
Billing & refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@hchemai.com.cn. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for first-time subscribers.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe; the merchant name on your statement matches the operator’s legal name on the Stripe account.
