These Terms govern your use of Life Museums, operated by an individual sole proprietor based in the United Kingdom, trading as Life Museums, at lifemuseums.com. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Life Museums provides digital personality assessments, daily reflection draws, AI-generated content, creative tools, and personal archiving features through our Web application. Tarot, I Ching, pixel bead tools, and virtual pet features are available on the Web app. All content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed in GBP through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
• Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of first purchase — contact support@lifemuseums.com.
• The Stripe merchant name shown on your card statement will match the operator’s legal name registered with Stripe.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer our systems, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Life Museums branding, software, and original content are owned by the operator trading as Life Museums. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to store and display it to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of personality, divination-inspired, or AI-generated text.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply.
